2026 Eastern Michigan District Assembly Weekend
There is one month before we gather together for our District Assembly Weekend at Hilltop Church of the Nazarene. We are excited to gather to celebrate all that God is doing in our district. In the Gospel of John, there is a recurring invitation offered by Jesus; “Come and See”. Whether it is offered as an invitation to become His disciples or to see the empty tomb, something extraordinary is happening that will change lives forever when that invitation is offered. We invite you to “come and see” what God is doing in our district and our local churches while celebrating the ordination of elders and catching a vision of what He will do next in Eastern Michigan. It will be a weekend unlike any other!

Saturday, April 18
8:30am: Light Continental Breakfast Provided
9:00am: NMI Convention Registration (Delegates to both NMI & NYI can register in Atrium)
9:30am: NMI Convention Session 1 (Sanctuary)
12:00pm: Lunch (On Your Own)
1:00pm: NYI Convention Registration (Atrium)
1:30pm-4:00pm: NMI Convention Session 2 (Sanctuary) & NYI Convention (Gym)
Sunday, April 19
5:00pm: Doors Open for Ordination Service
6:00pm: Ordination Service (Sanctuary)
Reception for Ordinands to Follow in the Atrium
Monday, April 20
8:00am: Registration of Assembly Delegates (Atrium)
8:30am: Assembly Session 1 (Sanctuary)
12:00pm: Lunch Break (On Your Own)
1:30pm-4:00pm: Assembly Session 2 (Sanctuary)
