We offer programs for adult learners at the associate, bachelor, master's and doctorate levels. Our programs are purposely designed in an accelerated format with classes meeting only one night per week to accommodate your busy schedule. Most programs are completed in less than two years. Many students find they can immediately apply what they are learning to their current environment.

The Doctor of Education in Ethical Leadership (EdD) is an interdisciplinary degree for the working executive and spans the spectrum of business, education, healthcare, government, social service and the Church. The dissertation is a comprehensive applied research study of significant importance with the intent to make a contribution within the researcher’s sphere of influence.
The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) program is designed to enhance the leadership skills of today’s emerging leaders. The program will teach adult learners to effectively plan, communicate, and problem solve within a professional setting during this 24-month program.
The Master of Engineering Management (MEM) program is a fusion of the best in business practice and engineering management making graduates unique and highly sought after employees. It is a technical alternative to the traditional MBA, prepares graduates for careers managing systems, processes, procedures, organizations and business for both technical and non-technical leadership.
The 36-hour, 24-month Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is designed to help adult students achieve their business goals. The program consists of eight core courses, along with two professional track options in the areas of Strategic Leadership or Healthcare.
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program is designed for individuals who have previous college credit. Experiential learning credits may apply toward core class requirements.
