Academic Advisement
The Director of the Institute is available for student advisement regarding
course offerings, schedules, and academic resources. Contact him via email or phone.

Student Conduct
Students will conduct themselves as Christians in accordance with the General and Special Rules
of the Church of the Nazarene. Students who fail to do so will be asked to withdraw from the
Institute or will be removed as a student. Students who are disenrolled may be readmitted only on
recommendation of the Director and on the approval of the Executive Committee of the Extension Board.
Placement Assistance
Students at EMNBI receive assistance for ministry assignments in cooperation with the
Eastern Michigan District Church of the Nazarene and their own local church. Students would
be advised that many ministry assignments are not for pay, but are performed as an expression
of one's personal desire to serve God and the church.
Students wishing to continue their education are encouraged to contact Nazarene Bible College,
