Admission Policies

Qualifications for Admission

Persons may be admitted to Eastern Michigan Nazarene Bible Institute if they are professing Christians who wish to prepare either for career or lay ministry. Applicants must be persons of Christian character and conduct.

In order to be admitted, persons must submit the following documents to the Director of the Institute prior to attending any class.

  1. A completed EMNBI Admission Application Form and a $25.00 application processing fee.

  2. A complete Student Information Form

  3. At least one of the following:

  • an official, original high school transcript showing that the student has graduated from high school, or

  • an official, original GED certificate, showing equivalency to high school graduation, or

  • an official, original college transcript demonstrating acceptable performance.

Persons not able to supply at least one of the documents in number 3 immediately above, but complying with number 1 and 2 above may be admitted conditionally for one term until they have been qualified.
