Rev. Kendall Deford
Camp Caretaker.
Rev. Kendall Deford began working in the maintenance department in April, 2003 and became the Camp Caretaker in August, 2004. He is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University and is a licensed minister on the Eastern Michigan District. Rev. Deford coordinates a flexible work schedule at the camp with an evangelism and maintenance ministry called Tentmaker Ministries. Check out the

When he was young, Kendall attended camp at the Eastern Michigan Nazarene Camp and it was an important part of his spiritual formation. He is looking forward to using his gifts and talents to work toward a great future at the camp. Kendall and his wife, Gail, have three adult children: David, Nicholas, and Katherine. They are members of the East Flint Church of the Nazarene.

Dominic Pace
Camp Director of Programming and Development
The District Camp is happy to announce the addition of
Dominic Pace as
Camp Director of Programming and Development. Dominic comes to the district following 3
years with the Free Methodist Camp "Covenant Hills" in Otisville,
Michigan. At Covenant Hills he served as Guest Services Director. Prior to his camp work, he was Youth
Pastor at Lapeer Church. Dom joins Rev. Kendall DeFord, who is Camp Director of Building
& Grounds. Pace will be moving to the camp in the next couple of weeks.
